How We’ll Work Together

Therapy for women and mothers who carry a lot — and are ready to feel steadier, clearer, and more grounded in their own lives.

This is for the woman who looks composed on the outside — but feels like she’s running on pressure underneath.

I’ll respond within 24 hours to coordinate a time.

In-person in Westlake Village, CA. Telehealth available throughout California and New York.

You don’t need to be in crisis to need support.

Many of the women I work with are capable, responsible, and used to being the steady one. They are often the emotional “hub” of their family, friendships, or workplace — and there is rarely space for them.

Clients typically reach out when they notice:

  • anxiety that won’t quiet down, even when life looks “fine”
  • constant overthinking or second-guessing
  • burnout, irritability, or emotional exhaustion
  • resentment from carrying the mental load
  • a quiet sense of “I should feel better than I do”
  • perfectionism that looks productive but feels heavy
  • friendship stress or relationship strain

On the outside, things may look stable. Inside, it can feel like you’re one more demand away from unraveling.

Therapy becomes a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and build a steadier way of living.

A Warm, Grounded, and Practical Approach

My style is steady, thoughtful, and focused on meaningful change.

In our work together, we may explore:

  • what’s fueling anxiety, pressure, and emotional overload
  • patterns that keep repeating in relationships or within yourself
  • boundaries, communication, and self-trust
  • the internal standards that leave you feeling behind, guilty, or never “done”
  • how to create more steadiness in your mood, energy, and daily life

This is not therapy that stays at the surface.
And it’s not therapy that overcomplicates things.

It’s focused, practical support designed to help you feel better in real life — not just understand yourself intellectually.

Because of my background, I’m especially attuned to how stress shows up in the body — including coping patterns around food, control, self-worth, and the quiet pressure many women carry.

A Strong Fit Matters

Therapy works best when there’s alignment — clinically and personally.

My style tends to work well for women who want therapy that feels:

  • emotionally attuned
  • structured and clear
  • honest and growth-oriented
  • practical enough to translate into daily life

This may be a good fit if you are:

  • thoughtful and motivated
  • willing to look at patterns, not just symptoms
  • open to small changes between sessions
  • ready to be honest, even when it’s uncomfortable

If you’re looking for strictly skills-only work, quick reassurance, or a purely worksheet-driven approach, this may not be the right match — and I respect that.
