Investment
Therapy is an investment in your emotional health, your relationships, and the quality of your everyday life.
My practice is intentionally designed to offer thoughtful, consistent support — with a personalized approach and a high level of care. Many of the clients I work with are used to being the responsible one. Therapy becomes a place where you don’t have to keep holding it all together.
I’ll respond within 24 hours to coordinate a time.
In-person in Westlake Village, CA. Telehealth available throughout California and New York.

What This Investment Supports
The women I work with are often used to powering through — managing the mental load, staying responsible, and keeping it together for everyone else.
Therapy becomes a place where you can finally slow down and get support that’s not surface-level — support that helps you feel better in real life, not just for the hour of session.
Working together often supports:
My goal is not to keep you in therapy forever.
My goal is to help you feel better — and help you stay better.
Session Fee
$250 per 50-minute session
Most clients begin with weekly sessions and transition to every other week as things feel steadier and more manageable.
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are reserved for clients experiencing financial hardship.
Free 15-Minute Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can briefly talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
This gives you a chance to:
A simple, low-pressure way to see if this feels like a good fit.
Care That Considers The Whole Picture
My work looks beyond symptoms to understand what’s shaping your emotional health — including stress, relationships, lifestyle, and the mind–body connection. I’m always considering how these pieces interact, rather than treating one issue in isolation.
When helpful, I maintain collaborative relationships with trusted providers and can support referrals or coordination of care so your support system feels aligned rather than fragmented.
When Appropriate, Collaboration May Include
- dietitians
- physicians or functional medicine providers
- psychiatrists (for medication evaluation if needed)
- women’s health providers
- other allied professionals
Reasonable coordination — such as brief communication with another provider — is included in your therapy fee when it supports your care and you authorize it. If collaboration ever becomes more extensive, we would discuss that in advance.
Session Options

In-person therapy
Available in Westlake Village, CA in a calm, quiet office setting with convenient parking and a waiting area.

Telehealth therapy
Available throughout California and New York for clients who prefer flexibility or aren’t local.
An Intentional Private-Pay Model
I’ve intentionally chosen to offer therapy as a private-pay service. This allows for deeper, more consistent work while protecting your privacy and the integrity of the therapeutic process.
This structure allows my practice to offer a more personalized level of attention, continuity, and thoughtful care.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement (Optional)
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement depending on your specific plan.
Many clients who choose private pay still use their out-of-network benefits to offset a portion of the cost. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary by plan, so it’s helpful to check directly with your insurance provider.
If you prefer support with this process, some clients choose to use third-party services such as:
These services may assist with verifying benefits and submitting claims on your behalf.
I can provide:
Submitting for reimbursement is always optional and fully at your discretion.
Scheduling & Session Details
Therapy works best when it has a structure and rhythm.
Consistency supports steadiness — and steadiness supports meaningful change.
